Waste produced during cleaning or emptying will be stored on board and taken to a licenced waste facility to accept the waste.

Section 104 Pre Adoption cleaning
Aimrange specialise in Section 104 pre-adoption cleaning and surveying of unadopted drains and sewers on new build and existing sites that have undergone alterations. Prior to connection to mains, Builders and contractors need to prove both condition and connectivity prior to its sign off and handover. Aimrange will provide a full site clean of inspection chambers, drains and sewers, gullys and leads as required. Once fully cleaned, the assets are surveyed using a remote controlled CCTV crawler and the information is immediately recorded and coded to form a handover document to the client via our web based WINCAN X link.

ACO Drainage
Slot drains, known also as ACO drains are prolific across carparks and open areas and are used to channel rain fall to gullys and surface water system. Over time these box drains become filled with silt and debris and cover gratings blocked – causing surface water pooling and localised flooding. Grease Trap and FOG management
As a conscientious food preparation outlet or food manufacturer you will have had advice about controlling and containing the fats, oils and greases that are released as effluent. By collecting and trapping fat, oil and grease this protects the main drains and sewers and prevents the build ups of catastrophic solidified grease known as ‘grease-bergs’.
